Brief installation of ZLB large vertical axial flow pump
ZLB large vertical axial flow pump is composed of pump body part and transmission device, which is a split structure. The correct installation of the pump is the key to the normal operation of the pump, otherwise it will affect the acceptance of the pump station. Therefore, business personnel and customer service personnel should understand and guide the installation and commissioning process of vertical axial flow pump.
◇ Installation diagram of pump station Before installation, carefully read the product instructions, installation drawings and requirements. The installation process of vertical axial flow pump is described as follows: 1 preparation Check whether the foundation is cleaned, verify whether the height and axis provided by civil engineering meet the design requirements, check the actual elevation of motor foundation and water pump foundation and the measured elevation of parts, and the allowable deviation shall not exceed - 4 ~ 0 mm. Before installation, the water pump should be disassembled first, and then installed according to the following requirements. Never lift the whole pump and install it directly on the foundation, otherwise the installation accuracy of the pump cannot be guaranteed. 2 Install motor base and pump base Put the pump base and motor base on the concrete foundation, adjust the level of the pump base and motor base with pad iron, and measure and preliminarily correct the levelness of the motor base and the pump base with the frame level meter.

Correct the concentricity between the motor base center and the guide vane body and the water guide bearing part of the 60 degree elbow, with a tolerance of 0.04 ~ 0.08 mm / M (take the size according to the pump size). At the same time, ensure that the height difference between the pump base and the motor base meets the design requirements, and the deviation shall not exceed 2mm. 5 Precise alignment of concentricity and height difference The levelness, concentricity and height difference between the pump base and the motor base shall be accurately corrected to meet the design and installation requirements. 6 Installation of other components Install the water guide bearing, pump shaft, transmission shaft, rigid coupling, impeller components, impeller chamber, water inlet horn and transmission body components in sequence. ① Check the bearing clearance to ensure that the surrounding is even, and the single side clearance is 0.1 ~ 0.2mm (take the size according to the pump size). Rubber bearing should be kept clean and contact between rubber and mineral oil should be strictly prevented. ② Check that the unilateral clearance of the blade is 1 / 1000 of the diameter of the outer ball of the impeller, and keep it uniform all around. After the clearance meets the requirements, install the other half of the impeller housing. ③ Check the axial clearance between impeller chamber and blade. The clearance between lower edge is 5 ~ 15% larger than that of upper edge. ④ Check the swing of the lower end of the pump shaft by turning gear, which should not be greater than 0.02 ~ 0.04mm/m (take the value according to the size of the pump). If the deflection causes too much swing, the motor seat or pump seat should be adjusted to eliminate it. 7 Install the motor Install the motor on the motor base. Refer to the motor installation, operation and maintenance manual for motor installation. The transmission shaft is connected with the motor shaft with an elastic coupling. The rotation direction of the motor is consistent with that of the water pump, which is clockwise when viewed from the top of the motor.
